Sorry

Sorry that I haven't been blogging much, Finished my Exams and have been concentrating on work. Hope to be getting back into it very soon though. As for my bike, He's been named 'Gerald McHonda' and is running gooooooood. Decided to go old school and put some Neon lights underneath the fairing. Finally got 90MPH out of it, which was pretty intense at the time.

It's been a while since I posted. Had a lot of work and college to do. Few things have happened since my last post. My friend who I mentioned in the post before came off his bike and broke his thigh bone and leg. I came of my bike, took the wing mirror off :( Stupid raid in this country. Well, that's about it for this post, Short and sweet.

Wiltshire

So today after college, me and a friend decided we would go for a little ride around the forest. After-all, it was an amazing day for England :L

So there we were, Riding around the forest for a good hour. Turns out, Wiltshire is a lot closer than we thought. Hythe, Southampton to Wiltshire is around an hours drive, A lot quicker when both are on sporty 125's.

So my friend pulls up under a green "Welcome to Wiltshire" Sign, takes off his helmet. "Where the actually F*** are we?" Well that got me, I haven't laughed so much in a long time.



So yeah, this picture basically sums up our half hour ride which turned out to be 2 hours.

Oh well, Should go again next week :D

Just filled up my bike.

So yeah, just got back from filling up my bike. Petrol prices are crazy high :O

1.30 a litre at Tesco. For a full tank, it cost me just 13 quid, compared to my old car which would of been around 40-50 quid to fill up. Bikes are defiantly the way forward during these hard economical times, especially for young drivers.

First day not riding.

Yeah, first day not riding my bike today since i got it. All because of the lovely British weather. England and its rain... Had a nice 4 days without it, then before you know it, its back to raining.

I also saw a goose today, and a swan.

My bike

So, I bought my very own Honda CBR 125 on Saturday the 12th of March. Exciting stuff! I took it out for a spin and enjoyed it. Below is a picture of it.

So yeah, this was before I cleaned it and took the back box bracket off. Anyway, It is completely standard. 6 gears, top speed of around 85-90 Mph. So far I've only got it up to 75. It is a fun bike to ride and would recommend it as a beginner to anyone who has passed their CBT (England).
